On November 12, 2021, the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1962 of the Commission of August 12, 2021 was published, which corrects Annex VI of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.

This regulation consists solely of correcting some errors introduced in Annex VI by ATP 14 (Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2020/217) in some substances with specific toxicity in certain organs after repeated Category 2 exposure, erroneously associating them with the Signal word Danger instead of Warning, which would be correct.
